A little extra support can go a long way. Skills Boost is an after-school program that uses high interest activities to engage children and spark their imagination and creativity while providing a boost in literacy and numeracy skills.

The Skills Boost program delivers after-school small-group reading and numeracy support, facilitated by qualified educators and trained volunteers. The focus is on fun, engaging learning activities, designed to help the students meet their individual learning needs.

Skills Boost is offered in partnership with the BGCO (Boys and Girls Club) and School District 22 in 5 locations.

Programs have wrapped up for the school year and we look forward to offering the program in the Fall with our community partners.
